    1. Self Attested Copy of Pan Card of all the Trustee

    2. Self Attested Copy of Aadhar Card of all the Trustee

    3. Photo of all the Trustee

    4. Photo of the Authorised Signatory

    5. Letter of Authorisation

    6. Any One Proof of Principal Place of business among the following:

·        Notarized Consent Letter on the stamp paper

·        Electricity Bill

·        Legal ownership document

·        Municipal Khata Copy

·        Property Tax Receipt

·        Rent / Lease agreement

·        Rent receipt with NOC

    7. Self Attested Certificate of Incorporation

    8. Self Attested Copy of Pan Card of Society
